Our professional staff attends extensive in-house training so they are able to assist and carry out their safety-related functions with confidence while assuring a high level of competence. Our in-house training program is detailed below:

WreckMaster Certified at A-1 Towing
We at A-1 Towing are proud to have all of our operators and management trained and certified in the WreckMaster program, the only recognized tow truck training and certification program. We are also working towards having our dispatch staff trained. We feel that training our management, tow truck operators and dispatch staff in the WreckMaster course will help us to improve our overall efficiency and safety.
The WreckMaster certification program is the towing industry’s first operator certification. Since its introduction in 1991, over 20,000 towing and recovery operators have chosen WreckMaster for their towing certification.
WreckMaster offers a comprehensive training program focused on Incident Management and quick highway clearance, focusing its efforts on providing the towing and recovery operator with the skills required to make them safe, efficient and effective.
